Cher hôte, Merci d'avoir pris le temps de rédiger ce commentaire. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié notre hôtel moderne, la propreté impeccable et la commodité pour assister aux conférences. Néanmoins, nous regrettons que l'absence de bar ou de mini-bar dans les chambres et de machines à nourriture après 21h n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes. Concernant la qualité du Wi-Fi, nous comprenons l'importance d'une connexion fiable et nous nous excusons pour les désagréments occasionnés. Finalement, il est formidable que notre emplacement proche du centre-ville ait enrichi votre séjour, vous permettant de profiter pleinement de tout ce que Melbourne a à offrir.
