I was disappointed that I had not been told we needed to pre book parking, especially as I was travelling with my 81 year old mother in law. Once I dropped them off and headed out of the car park to go to Broad Street I ended up in a bus lane so fully expect to get a fine. When I raised a complaint at the front desk I was advised to write an e mail. I suggested to the gentleman on the desk that, actually, he might like to raise it with the Duty Manager. #Customer Service.
