Dear Jill, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your perspective and I am disappointed to hear that the resorts location did not meet your needs. Our secluded setting is one of the reasons many guests choose to stay with us, as it offers a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. However, we recognise that this also means dining options outside the resort require some planning. We strive to provide a diverse and high-quality menu at our restaurant to ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Regarding the road, while it is a rural route that can be a little rugged, we find that guests enjoy the scenic drive and the tranquility that comes with being immersed in nature. That said, we understand accessibility is important, and we are always looking at ways to enhance the overall guest experience. The road quality is maintained by the council with whom we are always looking for opportunities to discuss how to improve these for our guests and feedback such as yours helps to strengthen our case as we further these discussions.
