We are pleased that you appreciated the distinctive design of our hotel, with its unique combination of gold and silver materials that reflect Melbourne\'s vibrant culture. It is great to know that we were able to meet your request for upper-level accommodation, providing you with views from the 14th floor. However, we regret to hear about the issues you faced during your stay. Regarding the softness of the mattresses, we understand that comfort preferences vary and we strive to provide bedding that suits most guests, yet we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Concerning the parking, we would like to clarify that our hotel offers self-park options for $50 daily at the DFO South Wharf Wilsons Car Park located adjacent to the hotel, although we recognize this information may not have been sufficiently highlighted. Regarding the delay in returning your deposit, we sincerely apologize for any concern this has caused and assure you that we are looking into this matter to ensure it is resolved promptly. Finally, we hope that our prime location directly across from the South Wharf DFO Shopping centre and with direct access to the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre contributed positively to the convenience of your stay.
