Broken air-conditioning non-engaging Stuff way below normal standard

With the exception of the friendly welcome from the first staff member I encountered the rest of my encounters with the front desk staff were highly disappointing. In addition, the air conditioning was not working for the two days I was there and the room at one stage got to 28°. The hotel is dated poor facilities in hindsight overpriced for what it was. And despite the do not disturb sign, I was interrupted after just one hour of sleep, while trying to catch up from a long haul flight with staff knocking on the door to check the minibar!

We had a wonderful stay. Well located. And very accommodating from an early checkin to late checkout. Everything was awesome. Surprised to not see actual glasses for drinking and a hairdryer in the room though.

Extremely warm in the room with no air..uncomfortable to sleep, but the frint desk kindly paid for our parking. One hour of sleep made the next day a challange!! Would make sure it was working before returning.. Thank you..
