The breakfast is exactly the same during my whole 3 week stay. No variety! Service is very average. A similar Novotel property elsewhere (like India) would have a much better service There is a charge for room service even if I ask for a fork to be delivered to the room. No housekeeping service available post 5 pm.

The team at the Darling Harbour Novotel were absolutely amazing throughout our overnight stay. We were just about to start our long-awaited family Royal Carribean Cruise to New Zealand, and had arrived at the hotel the day before departure a bit frazzled and nervous about the logistics. Andrew's warm welcome and personalised hospitality along with his team made all the difference - the room was perfect, breakfast was delicious and we were able to start our holiday with a great overnight at the Novotel. A huge thank you for reminding us how to feel special!

Good location but getting to the light rail is now a maze.

Service was excellent. Reception staff were extremely helpful. Need more single seating at the bar during happy hour. We had to sit on the reception lounges. Parking was expensive- we left at 9am but had paid until 5pm. Half day would be nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I had a wonderful evening at this hotel. James, the receptionist at the front desk, was incredibly professional and efficient. When we arrived, there was a long queue for check-in, but when it was our turn, James informed us that we had been upgraded to a Loft room. James also provided us with two drink vouchers for the bar. James and all the staff at the hotel greeted us with warm smiles. Although the hotel rooms showed signs of age, they were very clean and tidy. We also dined at the hotel restaurant, and while the food was tasty overall, the steak was slightly overcooked, but it was still enjoyable. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
