Arrived having booked via Booking.com and prepaid, only to find out I had stupidly booked the wrong date and therefore there was no reservation for me. The front desk staff, Marissa, Toni and Raquel were amazing in sorting my error out for me, getting me a room and getting me booked in. They were true angels and I wish all front desk staff were like they were.

The carpet was very filthy, and clearly had lots of small holes from burning. The picture that was hung up was very disturbing, as a person who had just been trauma, having that picture in my room was very triggering.
