I got my suite for my wedding night. I asked the guy in reception to just put in some fruit and decorate a little bit. Nothing happened. Also, I checked in a little late but couldn’t find parking at all. Had to park in the basement. To add to all this, my suite did not have HOT water until 2 days later!!!! The guy in reception just told wait until tomorrow!!!!!! Very bad stay!

The hotel boasts a stunning location; however, it appears to have been converted from a furnished apartment complex into a hotel. The experience began with a congested entrance where vehicles struggled to maneuver in and out smoothly. Parking poses a significant challenge, with insufficient parking slots leading to potential vehicle collisions when entering or exiting the premises. The room's furnishings were poorly chosen, with a notably uncomfortable mattress, an outdated bathroom, and inadequate amenities such as a coffee machine. Additionally, basic services like water delivery were delayed until requested. Despite the appealing location, the overall value proposition falls short, especially compared to alternative options at a similar price point. This experience was a departure from the satisfaction I had previously enjoyed at Novotel Zabeel in Dubai.

We stayed in Novotel Jeddah for 2 days and really enjoyed our stay. Clean, well lit and spacious room with extremely good room service. Clean bathroom with all bathroom stuff available. Location is good as it's 15 mins drive from all popular malls, airport and train station. Front desk staff was really welcoming and helping especially Alanour ( sorry if I spelled it wrong ) . Will surely visit next time . Thank you Najam K.
