The room was dusty, and had me with a blocked nose. My laundry was done last minute, as my underwear and socks were returned wet from the washing cycle (clearly, not damp and requiring extra time in the dryer) without going through the dryer. I was also missing three uniform shirts that was not located and returned until two days later, only an hour before check out. This meant I had to attend my work without the required uniform items. I was also not offered any compensation for this. It was only when I specifically asked at check out this was granted, but not asked or offered prior. Staff also said they would give me updates about my missing garments, but didn't take down my name, room number, contact number or description of my missing items until I prompted them. Clearly staff are lacking in their report-writing and fact finding skillsets. There was a random vehicle parked in our reserved parking spot as well on one occasion. And your elevators would indicate it was going down from the lobby, but once inside, the elevator was actually going up.

There was limited staff on to check in people. The restaurant had sticky tables and bar. The room looked run down and when dining, I had to go and look for someone to help after being told to take a seat. Overall, I was disappointed with the stay as I did not think it was up to the usual Novotel standard.

Front desk sluggish and could use upgrading by training. Dining very average. Breakfast buffet OK but could be improved.
