Great quality hotel in a central area. Staff is lovely and helpful and the modern renovated upgraded rooms are comfortable and well insulated to reduce the traffic noise. Could be improved by providing some anemities in the bathroom eg dental kit, shower cap etc.

The hotel was clean and centrally located with plenty of choice of restaurants and bars within a walking distance. Staff were very helpful, friendly and always greeted us well. The only issue we had with the room was the AC did not blow cool air into the room and with daytime temperatures reaching 27 degrees it was very hot in the room in the nights, unable to cool it down.

Top Hotel, Very Central in the City, great rooms and lovely and helpfull staff. Awsome people and services, from food, to instalations, personal, a must go Hotel. They even help me chose restaurants, locations visits, guides, and even to ship a parcel to my country. Wonderfull experience

Room does not have telephone directory to call receptionists / dining. Room cleaning is average. Receptionists are not friendly. They do not have full information of what is what. Some say its possible some say its not possible the next day. Food is average.
