Great hotel, could have done without our neighbour's partying and banging all night

Even the elevator guy was friendly and helpful. Two areas of concern - your booking agent got my name wrong and did not confirm my reservation by email. It is always a good idea to read details back to make sure you got it right. The second concern was that the beds were a little too hard for us but we did sleep well. Breakfast was wonderful and beautifully served.
