The hotel as such is ok. There were severak fire alarms the first night of our stay and the stay was very little informative - had people stand outside in the cold. Did not bring any blankets or the like so we could stay warm (or at least for the children and elderly). Very little information as to what caused the alarm to go off every time and did not manage to create a sense of everything was ok again. No one said they were sorry and the morning after no one asked if we were ok again and how the night had been. The staff is hiding behind a computer only looking up when asked a question. They don’t meet the guests and greet them.

Very nice staff, very clean. the The breakfast buffet was the best, only few types of meals (e.g. one type of cheese each morning). overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I had a good stay at the Novotel. Room and bed were comfortable and had a good buffet breakfast selection. Staff very responsive when issues are raised.
