The staff are nice and friendly and the breakfast was good. However the hotel is a bit outdated and the window was facing a construction site so the view was not amazing. Special thanks to Leah and the other guy who served us the cocktails and nibbles.

Stayed here for Celtic Connections - was pleasantly surprised by the place - really clean good sized double room, great beds, linen and towels, toiletries - well designed room. Good breakfast buffet, lots of choice inc fresh fruit and gf/non dairy options, cooked breakfast was tasty. Breakfast staff keep the area very clean and were attentive. Reception staff very helpful and approachable. Overall a nice vibe in the hotel, relaxed and efficient. Would stay again.

I don't know where to start my partner and I have just checked out this morning, leaving earlier than should have. I did not feel the hotel was very clean once you passed the entrance, hall floor carpets upon exiting the lifts were stained and manky, had mold spores in bathroom wasn't the cleanest will add pic to show, bathroom tiles were all dirty at lower level , I don't know when the top of bed was last polished as was dusty,I ran my finger across top and was covered. That's to name a few. Then in restaurant lastnight we ordered dinner and I can't eat spicy food and my pizza came c9vered in chilli flakes so left 3/ of it. Staff were not helpful at all. Only staff member ti smile was on reception this morning. I'm according member and def not back to this hotel

Good for little legs

Very welcoming staff, given a different room early as ours wasn’t ready yet which was great as we had travelled over 126 miles and my two young kids really needed a break from moving around. The room was spacious, clean and felt like somewhere you could sit and write a book in, I know that won’t make sense to some but that’s the vibe it gave me. We didn’t try the food or room service but the menu was so incredibly varied and sounded delicious, if we ever stay again then we would definitely have dinner in our room. They even have toys in the lobby so if you want to sit and have a coffee or a quiet drink while the kids play them that’s an option. The location is perfect if you plan to shop/eat/hit the town without having to walk for long periods of time. Great for kids little legs. Over all would definitely chose to stay again.

This was our 2nd stay with you in a week. First visit was an upgrade couldn’t fault anything. We had room service for dinner as we were going to a show lovely pizza. Breakfast had everything you could want. Comfy beds no noise during the night. Bliss. Our 2nd stay we had dinner in the hotel great food again. Best burger had in ages. Lovely attentive staff. We will definitely be back.
