During breakfast hours, our guests are welcome to return as often as they like and enjoy unlimited coffee, including takeaway options. We truly regret that this small misunderstanding affected your experience, and we would like to make it right. Dear Roberto, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad that you found our location convenient for visiting the fair. You already discovered our 24/7 kiosk in the lobby, where guests can purchase drinks and snacks at any time. We understand that having water directly in the minibar would be a convenient option, but as a standard, it is not included in the rooms. Additionally, we’d like to mention that the tap water in Frankfurt is of high drinking quality and meets all safety standards. It is perfectly safe to drink and does not differ in quality from bottled water. We appreciate your input and hope to welcome you back to Novotel Frankfurt City in the future!
