Well located just near tram stop and 5 mints away from Metro and trains. Very helpful staff. They went over and beyond in making our stay special

Amazing experience. Located in quiet neighbourhood but very well connected with public transportation to the city and airport . They provided early check in , complementary minibar, and gift for my birthday trip, we were even upgraded to a upper floor. it was a lovely experience.

We come from a land where guests are treated with the utmost respect, and hospitality is the cornerstone of any hotel experience. The customer service is same whether its a 5 star or a 3 star hotel. Unfortunately, our recent stay at Novotel Hotel, Amsterdam was extremely disappointing in terms of customer service and hospitality. While the hotel itself is good, the service we received was far below our expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the reception area was understaffed. There was only one person handling both check-ins and check-outs, resulting in long queues and unnecessary delays. The receptionists are quite rude, making us feel as if they were doing us a favor by assisting us. This lack of courtesy is unacceptable, especially from a reputed hotel chain like Novotel. The breakfast options were satisfactory, but they were exactly the same every single day. There was no variety, which gave a very lazy and uninspired impression. A little creativity and variation in the breakfast menu would greatly enhance the guest experience. Moreover, the cleanliness of the rooms was subpar. The rooms were not properly cleaned each day; only the beds were made. This is not the standard of cleanliness we expect from a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, the hotel was running out of basic amenities like dental kits, which is simply ridiculous and reflects poorly on the hotel's management. In our culture, hospitality is paramount, and guests are treated with the utmost respect. Unfortunately, Novotel Hotel failed to meet these standards. We hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service, hospitality, and overall guest experience. Overall, while the hotel has potential, the poor customer service, lack of variety in the breakfast menu, and inadequate room cleaning significantly marred our stay.

Large hotel with good facilities not very central though, would be nice to have an airport shuttle. Tram train and metro connections nearby. Pay attention when buying the tickets as they are not compatible with eachother.
