Hotel itself is OK with good position on foreshore but they certainly don't know how to handle members of the Accor Plus loyalty program

Great location right on the waterfront, very comfortable beds and friendly staff. There is an indoor pool, large gym and valet parking (A$40 per night). The onsite bar and restaurant also serves breakfast. Our room was quiet with tea and coffee making facilities, it was clean and spacious with a lot of natural light, and we slept very well. You can walk out the front door to the pier. I would return here.

The staff from check in to the room were amazing, they were so accommodating and provided my wife and I with all the recommendations within the area. Great location and service. Couldn’t fault the staff at Novotel.. Will definitely come back on our next trip to Geelong 😊 Thank you Novotel.

We had a problem with our room during our stay, however, the staff all the way up to the Manager, where so humble and responsive and I cannot thank the team enough. It is great to see good old fashioned style service in such a modern, clean and great location venue. Thank you and we will certainly be staying there again.
