Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such a comment after your stay, your feedback is very important to us! I am glad to see that you were satisfied with the room, the helpfulness of our team members and the location of the hotel. I will pass your comment regarding breakfast on to our Chef. Although we already offer several Andalusian products, like Iberian creams, local seasonal vegetables and fruits, olive oil 'tortas', we are always open to suggestions from our guests to what they would like to add. I am glad you appreciated our convenient location and the friendliness of our team members. But I am sincerely sorry that you were disappointed by the quality of our breakfast and the attention offered as part of our ALL privileged welcome. As you know, we offer the possibility of an upgrade to our Gold and Platinum customers of the ALL loyalty program only in case of availability on the day of arrival. Unfortunately, we were unable to offer you an upgrade to a room superior to yours because they were already occupied. We do care about the comfort and well-being of our guests and please be sure that your comments will be shared with all the Team, so the necessary improvements can be made.
