Dear Lordmw, We apologise for the delay in responding, we have carried out an internal investigation to take disciplinary actions against the person responsible for these inappropriate comments. We sincerely apologise for this disastrous experience and are truly embarrassed by the situation. Under no circumstances should you be subjected to this kind of inappropriate comment. We have tried to contact you but the number available on booking seems to be wrong. We would like to contact you and discuss this with you in person and offer you a commercial gesture in order to apologise, which seems to be the bare minimum in view of what you have had to endure.
