Introducing Novotel Longevity Week
Living longer is no longer the goal. Living better is. To mark the 37th week of the year, Novotel is launching Longevity Week, bringing together leading voices in wellbeing to share simple, science-backed habits that can help transform everyday life, one small step at a time.
One Week. Four Pillars. A Lifetime of Impact.
What if living better didn't require a complete lifestyle overhaul?
This week, the 37th week of the year, Novotel is putting that question to the world with the launch of the inaugural Novotel Longevity Week - a new annual global celebration proving that small, simple habits, repeated daily, are enough to help people feel healthier, more energised, and more connected.
Why Week 37?
Longevity Week runs 7–13 September 2026 - the 37th week of the year. That's no coincidence.
Improve by just 1% a day, and the gains compound into a 37-fold transformation over a year. Week 37 is where that thinking becomes action - a global invitation to start small, and start now.
The Data Behind the Habit
Novotel surveyed 13,000 people across 12 countries to understand how the world really feels about living longer, fuller lives. The findings are clear:
• 71% are more focused on their future wellbeing than they were five years ago.
• 76% wish they lived a healthier lifestyle - even though most already know the fundamentals: a balanced diet, good sleep, regular movement.
• 33% abandon healthy routines often, proving consistency is harder than awareness.
• 67% find that social media makes it harder to know which health advice to trust.
People know what they need. They're just short on guidance they can trust - and habits they can keep. Longevity Week is Novotel's answer to both.

Longevity Week marks the start of a new annual tradition: one week, for everyone, everywhere, to take one small step toward a longer, fuller life.
Because longevity isn't about perfection. It's about progress.
