Yes. For all deliveries within France, we can collect your old mattress and/or bed base free of charge when your new Novotel bedding is delivered.

For hygiene reasons and to ensure proper handling by our logistics partners, your old mattress and/or bed base must be correctly packaged before collection.

The Novotel hotel bed comes with a 7-year warranty when purchased as a complete set with both mattress and bed base. If you purchase the Novotel mattress only, it is covered by a 5-year warranty.
