Members' rate conditions

Anyone wishing to take advantage of the Members’ rate must be, or become, an ALL - Accor Live Limitless member and respect the T&Cs applicable to the program. Members must show their card at check-in (or their membership number if they are yet to receive their card).

A maximum of 7 rooms at the Members' rate can be reserved per member and per stay on the novotel.com website or by contacting customer service or the hotel directly. A maximum of 3 rooms at the Members' rate can be reserved per member and per stay by booking via the ALL.com app.
