¹Black Friday Offer Terms:

1. Check the terms and conditions of the rate. Depending on the country, these prices may not include taxes; they may only include VAT or all taxes (VAT and tourism tax). When prices do not include all taxes, the relevant taxes (VAT and/or tourism tax) will be provided at later stages of the booking process. The price is guaranteed only at the time of booking.

2. Offer subject to the terms and conditions of sale and availability of the selected hotel and room categories.

3. Booking period: From 00:01AM on 12/06/24 to 11:59PM on 12/08/24 (Brazil – Brasília time zone).

4. Staying period: December 20, 2024 to November 30, 2025.

5. Rates available with or without breakfast, according to the availability of each hotel.

6. The customer can find the offer through the exclusive offer pages or by searching through the website and app search engine. The hotel and period during which the discount is valid will be highlighted with a pink "Special Offer" tag and the rate labeled as Black Friday. It is important to note that the hotels are responsible for activating the discount, and for it to be visible, it will depend on the hotel’s availability, period, and the desired room category.

7. Rate Conditions: 

7.1. Payment: Prepaid – the total cost of the stay must be paid at the time of booking. 

7.2. Online installment payment: Available for selected hotels in Brazil, for prepaid rates with Elo, Visa, and Mastercard cards issued in Brazil. Check if your preferred hotel offers this payment option. 

7.3. Cancellation: This rate does not allow cancellations. 

7.4. Rescheduling: This rate does not allow rescheduling. 

7.5. Not cumulative with other promotions or discounts.

9. Accor Live Limitless Benefits: 

9.1. The general terms and conditions of ALL – Accor Live Limitless apply to this offer. 

9.2. Offer available for all statuses in the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program. 

9.3. To enjoy this offer: ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program members must provide their ALL loyalty card number at the time of booking and present it at the hotel reception during check-in. 

9.4. Offer usage limit: This offer has no usage limit per member during its validity period. 

9.5. ALL Reward points will be credited to your account within 7 days after check-out. For ibis Budget brand, check the list of participating hotels in the loyalty program that are eligible for point accrual.

²Members of ALL – Accor Live Limitless enjoy an additional discount with the Members’ Rate benefit at participating hotels. Members must present their member card upon check-in at the hotel (or their member number if they have not yet received their card). Maximum 7 rooms at the Members’ Rate can be booked per member, per staying date. Reservations must be made via participating Accor websites.

³Bonus Reward points Terms:

1. The general terms and conditions of ALL - Accor Live Limitless apply to the Black Friday ALL 2024 offer, and to benefit from it, you must be an ALL - Accor Live Limitless member. To enjoy the additional ALL Signature subscriber offer, you must be an active subscriber of the club.

2. To take advantage of this offer, members of the ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty program and/or ALL Signature subscribers must book their hotel through the ALL.com APP between 12/06/24 and 12/08/24 by 11:59 PM, Paris time (UTC+1) - 6:59 PM Brasilia time (UTC/GMT -03:00).

IMPORTANT: ALL Signature subscribers can join the club during the offer period, but it is mandatory to follow the booking specifications and have an active subscription during the stay period.

This offer is only available to members residing in the Americas (South, Central, and North).

3. This offer allows ALL - Accor Live Limitless members with Classic status to multiply their Reward points earnings by 2x, members with Silver, Gold, and Platinum status to multiply their Reward points by 3x, and members with Diamond and Limitless status, as well as ALL Signature subscribers, to multiply their Reward points by 4x for a stay at one of the participating hotels in the ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty program and the Black Friday ALL 2024 offer.

The points earned are calculated based on the number of points credited to the member by the hotel at the end of an eligible stay, applying the general terms and conditions of the ALL - Accor Live Limitless program, based on Classic status.

At the end of the stay, the points are credited in two phases:

1/ Credit of the points corresponding to the amount of points that the ALL - Accor Live Limitless member would have earned if they had not benefited from the offer.

2/ The additional Reward points earned by subscribing to the offer will be credited to the member’s account in a second transaction, corresponding to the missing Reward points of the ALL - Accor Live Limitless member, so that the total number of Reward points credited is multiplied by 2x for Classic members, 3x for Silver, Gold, and Platinum members, and 4x for Diamond, Limitless, and ALL Signature subscribers after the completion of the two-point credit transactions.

As an example, an ALL - Accor Live Limitless member who earned 250 Status points and 250 Reward points for an eligible stay will receive:

• 250 additional Reward points for an offer that multiplies points x2

• 500 additional Reward points for an offer that multiplies points x3

• 750 additional Reward points for an offer that multiplies points x4

The calculation of bonus points will be made on the check-out day of the stay, according to the status valid on that day. If the member registers and books their stay in 2024with one status, but at the time of the stay in 2025 their account has been downgraded or upgraded, the bonus Reward points will be calculated according to the status (category) valid on the ALL member’s check-out day.

This Reward point bonus is added to the Reward and Status points earned by the member for an eligible stay, applying the general terms and conditions of the ALL - Accor Live Limitless program.

This offer can only be used once per ALL member, regardless of their status in the program, and by new ALL Signature subscribers, regardless of the plan contracted after July 31, 2024. For ALL Signature subscribers, regardless of the plan contracted until July 31, 2024, the offer can be used up to three times during its validity period.

This stay must be booked with the BFROP and BFBBP rate. If it is unavailable, the member will not benefit from the bonus described in this offer.

4. This offer is valid for any stays by members from 12/20/2024 to 06/30/2025 at one of the participating hotels in the Black Friday ALL 2024 Offer – check participating hotels – and booked between 12/06/24 and 12/08/24 by 11:59 PM, Paris time (UTC+1) - 6:59 PM Brasilia time (UTC/GMT -03:00).

5. The stay must be a minimum of 1 night(s).

6. Any consecutive stays (check-out and check-in on the same day) at the same hotel will be considered as one single stay. This single stay will be valid once for the Black Friday ALL 2024 offer.

7. For this offer, a stay is defined as one (1) reservation by an ALL - Accor Live Limitless member, regardless of the number of rooms included in the reservation. A reservation made by a member for multiple rooms will only be counted as one (1) stay. The credit for Reward and Status points is calculated based on the first check-out date.

This means that an ALL - Accor Live Limitless member will earn points and eligible nights for the first stay.

8. To be eligible for the offer with bonus Reward points, the stay must be booked only through the ALL.com app. Therefore, you will not benefit from this offer if your stay is booked through any other distribution channel, even within the Accor universe (all.com website, directly at hotels, reservation center, etc.). Reservations made through travel agencies, resellers, tour operators, or third-party online travel agencies (such as expedia.com, booking.com, etc.) are also not eligible.

9. You must be logged into your ALL - Accor Live Limitless account at the time of booking on the ALL.com app and present your number and/or virtual card at the hotel reception at check-in.

10. ALL - Accor Live Limitless Reward points will be credited to the member’s account within 10 days after the end of the hotel stay.

11. This offer cannot be combined with other current promotional offers or benefits and does not apply to groups.

If the stay meets the terms and conditions of multiple offers, only the Reward points from the most generous offer (i.e., the one that allows you to accumulate the most Reward points) will be credited to your account.

12. Any stay and/or expenses and consumption in restaurants, partially or fully paid with ALL - Accor Live Limitless Reward points, will not be eligible to benefit from this offer.

13. This offer is subject to availability. The terms and conditions of sale for public rates reserved at each hotel apply.

14. In cases of reservation date changes, the offer and points accumulation will only apply if the new date falls within the initially established stay period, that is, between 12/20/2024 and 06/30/2025. Additionally, the member must have registered for this offer before the reservation date change is made.
