OUR PRICES AND CONDITIONS
• The prices “up to” are valid for one room (up to the allowed number of guests). Reservations can be made online through the website, via the call center, or by contacting the hotel directly.
• Offers are subject to hotel conditions and availability, as well as the availability of the offer at the chosen hotel. You have a few moments to validate the rate conditions: when selecting hotels, and rooms, and before completing your purchase.
• Depending on the hotel's country, these prices might not include taxes, may only include VAT, or may include all taxes (VAT and tourist tax). When prices do not include all taxes, relevant taxes (VAT and/or tourist tax) will be indicated in the following steps of the booking process.
• Rates may or may not include breakfast.

OUR RATES
FLEXIBLE RATE
- Cancellation/Modification: No penalty until 11:59 PM of the day before the guest's arrival at the hotel for in-person check-in. After this period, the hotel will charge the first night as a penalty if the customer does not cancel within the specified period. Additional restrictions may apply in some countries/hotels (see conditions when selecting the hotel, room, and/or finalizing your reservation).
- Online Reservations: Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of making the reservation online. The same card used at the time of the online reservation must be presented upon arrival at the hotel to guarantee the payment for the full stay. Failure to present this card may result in the cancellation of the reservation or its non-effectiveness.
NON-FLEXIBLE RATE
- Payment: The reservation is guaranteed with a valid credit card, and payment will be made at the hotel during check-in unless online payment is allowed in the country/hotel of purchase.
- Reservations and Online Payment in Brazil: Available for selected hotels in Brazil, for prepaid rates with Elo, Visa, and Mastercard cards issued in Brazil, even for foreigners and/or non-residents who meet the requirements imposed by the country/hotel. Check if your preferred hotel offers this payment option.
- Cancellation/Modification/Rescheduling: In case of cancellation or modification, the amount paid will not be refundable. Please note that a change in the period or duration of your reservation may result in a change in the rate.
