OUR RATES AND CONDITIONS

• Rates starting from are for one room (up to the maximum number of guests allowed). Reservations can be made online, by calling our call center, or by contacting the hotel directly.
• Offers are subject to availability and the hotel's terms and conditions, as well as the availability of the offer at the chosen hotel. You will have several opportunities to review the rate conditions: when selecting hotels, rooms, and before finalizing your purchase.
• Depending on the hotel's country, these rates may not include taxes, may include only VAT, or may include all taxes (VAT and tourist tax). When rates do not include all taxes, the relevant taxes (VAT and/or tourist tax) will be indicated in the following steps of the booking process.
• Rates may be with or without breakfast.

FLEXIBLE RATE

• Cancellation/Modification: No penalty up to 11:59 PM the day before the guest's arrival date for check-in. After this period, the hotel will charge the first night as a penalty if the guest does not cancel by the indicated deadline. Additional restrictions may apply in some countries (see conditions when selecting the hotel, room, or finalizing your reservation).
• Online reservations: Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of your online reservation. The same card used at the time of the online reservation must be presented upon arrival at the hotel to guarantee payment for the entire stay. Failure to present the card may result in cancellation of the reservation.
• Online installment payments: Available for select hotels in Brazil.

NON-FLEXIBLE RATE

• Payment: The total amount of the stay must be paid at the time of booking.
• Online installment payments: Available for select hotels in Brazil, for prepaid rates with Elo, Visa, and Mastercard cards issued in Brazil. Please check if your preferred hotel offers this payment option.
• Cancellation/Modification/Rescheduling: In case of cancellation or modification, the amount paid is non-refundable. Please note that a change in the period or duration of your reservation may result in a change in the rate.
