If you’re visiting Bangkok for wellness, the cooler, drier months from November to February are the most comfortable for outdoor onsens, garden ice baths, and walking between venues. June to October brings short afternoon downpours, but indoor spas, hammams, and float centres still run as normal, and hotel rates are often lower.

Morning: Soak at PAÑPURI WELLNESS
Start your wellness getaway with an urban Bangkok onsen experience at PAÑPURI WELLNESS. You'll get access to five hot and cold mineral-enriched onsen pools – including a soda bath, mineral water pool, and cold plunge pool – in addition to a steam room, salt sauna, and relaxation room.
Two hours is enough to move slowly between the pools, with the Bangkok skyline visible from the 12th-floor windows. If you want to add to the experience, the signature Akasuri Body Scrub is a Korean-style full-body exfoliation that pairs well with the post-soak warmth.

Afternoon: Steam at Le Spa's hammam
A 10-minute Grab ride from Gaysorn takes you to Le Spa for a Moroccan-style hammam ritual. The 60-minute Hammam Discovery opens with a steam bath to warm your skin and open your pores, followed by a black soap cleanse, a Kessa mitt exfoliation, and a finish of rose water.
There’s also the 120-minute 'Hammam Full Experience', which includes the same opening sequence and adds a detoxifying Ghassoul body mask and an Argan oil treatment massage. Both rituals leave your skin softer for the rest of the evening.

This luxury spa offers a range of body treatments, facials, and massages. To make the most of your evening, go for the 2.5-hour Tammachart Touch Package, and you'll get relaxed and rejuvenated with an aromatherapy massage, a Thai herb facial, and foot reflexology.
The spa is located on the fourth floor of Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square, which makes a convenient base for the rest of the itinerary. You are two minutes from Siam BTS Skytrain, walking distance from Siam Paragon and Siam Square, and well-placed for the Sukhumvit Line venues on Day 2 and Day 3.

Morning: Meditate at Bangkok Float Center
Start day two with a meditation and float session at Bangkok Float Center. You can choose a 60 or 90-minute float in a private tank filled with skin-temperature water and Epsom salt, which creates enough buoyancy to lift you off the floor of the tank.
You’ll be given earplugs and can choose whether or not to shut the lights off in your tank. The goal is to achieve a near-complete sensory deprivation experience through a lack of gravity, temperature, touch, sound, and sight. This allows your brain to release large quantities of endorphins while you relax, meditate, and reach a dream-like state.

Afternoon: Chill at The Ice House
Next up, take a short drive from Bangkok Float Centre to The Ice House. This is one of the most unique wellness experiences in Bangkok.
You can easily spend an entire afternoon alternating between the ice baths and dry sauna, with most people doing four to five rounds of 2–3 minutes in the cold and 10 minutes in the heat.
One of the things that sets the place apart is the setting. The ice buckets are set in a tropical garden, creating a true oasis in the heart of the city. This place has an informal community vibe, and you're more than welcome to mingle with other guests, play board games, sip beverages, and sunbathe in between your hot and cold sessions.

Evening: Zen out at Loft Thai Spa & Tea House
End the day with a traditional Thai massage from Loft Thai Spa & Tea House in Sukhumvit 71, which is just a five-minute drive from The Ice House. You can get a variety of massages, facials, and body treatments here. But since you're in Thailand, why not treat yourself to the 60-minute traditional Thai massage?
This style of massage employs pulling, stretching, and rocking techniques as well as acupressure. Thai massages can work wonders to relax the body and mind as well as help alleviate muscle and joint pain. After your massage, head upstairs to the tea house for a Monsoon teapot and a small plate of Thai sweets, which are included in the treatment.

Day 3
The final day mixes movement and stillness. It also keeps you in Phrom Phong and Sukhumvit 31, which makes hotel check-out and onward travel easier if you have an evening flight.
Morning: Take a yoga sound bath class at The Green Room Yoga
Start day three early with a yoga session at The Green Room Yoga in Sukhumvit 31. The studio offers daily yoga and sound bath classes, and the timetable changes week to week, so check the schedule on the booking platform before you visit.

Evening: Get an 'herbal ball' treatment at Asia Herb Association
The last stop on your Bangkok wellness trip is Asia Herb Association’s Benchasiri Park branch. The treatment menu is extensive, but they're very well-known for their unique "Fresh Herbal Ball" therapies. So, for an essential Bangkok massage, book the Pure Oil Body Massage + Organic Fresh Herbal Ball to experience it for yourself.
The 'pure oil' blend uses jojoba, avocado, sesame, virgin olive, grape seed, apricot kernel, and vitamin E. The herbal ball pairs the massage with a steamed compress of 18 fresh herbs, packed into cotton cloth and pressed slowly along the body's 'energy-flowing paths'. This is a long-standing Thai massage tradition, and the warmth of the compress lingers for hours afterwards.
The Benchasiri branch also has private suites with a steam sauna, which is worth requesting at booking if you want to close the trip with a final sweat.
